St. Peter of the Fields

Thanks for visiting the website of St. Peter of the Fields! Father Zachary Coulter is pleased to welcome you to the catholic parish of St. Peter of the Fields in Rootstown, Ohio.

Pro-Life Sunday - January 31, 2021

The National March for Life in Washington DC will be Friday, January 29. The March for Life is an inspiring, peaceful, vibrant, and joy-filled rally of women, men, young people, and children from all across the country. Every year, tens of thousands of pro-lifers converge on the National Mall and march on Capitol Hill on the anniversary of the Supreme Court’s 1973 Roe v. Wade ruling which legalized abortion in all 50 states. As an alternative, we will have Stations of the Cross for Pro-Life after mass on Sunday, January 31. Led by the youth group, we will move as a group around the church grounds to each of the 14 stations. In addition, the youth group will lead the parish in praying the rosary on Sunday, January 31 beginning at 9:30. WE ENCOURAGE ALL PARISHIONERS TO PARTICIPATE!
